This unit is in fabulous condition & fully tested (see pics) I had it on for a few minutes and it quickly got to 233° - I would let it heat up at least 5 minutes before cooking. This item is pre-owned and can get messy- there is the usual buildup in the joints (again, see detailed close-ups) but is overall very clean! There are no chips, breaks or cracks and the steel/metal clasp to hold it closed works great as well! A
