LOOBIA POLO Recipe (Persian Green Bean Rice):Ingredients: Rice (3 Cups), Green Beans (250 gr), Tomatoes (2 medium size), Tomato paste ( 2 tablespoon, Onion (1 large), Carrots (1 large), Cooking Oil (2 tablespoon), Venus Spice (3 tablespoon). Step One: Saute the meat or make and saute meatballs. (Omit this step if you are a vegetarian/vegan)Step Two: Cut the green beans and saute them with onion, tomato paste and Venus spice.Step Three: Let the rice boil in the water for a few minutes until they float on the surface. Then drain the rice.Step Four: Use a pot and put one layer of rice at the bottom and the sauce you made on top of it. Continue doing it until you are out of ingredients.Step Five: Put the pot first on high heat for a few minutes then lower the heat and let it cook for 1 hour. Pour good amount of vegetable oil in a pan and heat up the oil until it can sizzle. Fry two cloveof fresh chopped garlic in the oil for 1-2 minutes. Make sure the garlic turns golden color, but not dark. Fry and stir the shrimp about 5 minutes until the shrimp is golden color. Remove the shrimp, and place it on paper towel. Ensure the oil is drained, and serve. You may brush the shrimps with some melted butter. Venus Tropical Fish BBQ Recipe: Pour some Venus Spice on the fish, until the color is just right and the taste is not too salty. Simply BBQ the fish. Venus Tropical Lobster BBQ Recipe: Cut the lobster shell from the top just up to the trail (not the tail). Make sure to cut only the top part of the meat, but not too deep. Pull the meat out, and keep the meat attached on the tail. Clean and remove the guts. Rinse the lobster. Pour Venus spice on the meat until the color is just right and the taste is not too salty. BBQ the Lobster until it is golden color. You may brush the shrimps with some melted butter.
