Each utensil is assembly by hand and carefully deburred, cleaned, inspected and packaged. The handles are water jet cut from stress relieved polypropylene. Our handles are translucent in nature with no adders or colors. Our poly handles are USDA and FDA approved, to ensure a safe and healthy cooking and eating experience. We offer 2 choices of metal. Choose either annealed T304 stainless steel or our top end Aerospace* Grade 2 Titanium. Grade 2 Titanium is the purest grade of Titanium and excels in corrosion resistance, strength and lightweight. The stainless has a slight polish while the Titanium has a more lustrous satin finish. Unlike a typical wood handle spatula that has (2) 2 piece press fit rivets (most often soft brass) we use 4 high strength stainless steel rivets. Never worry about your wooden handle degrading over time. Our model T101 Titanium spatula weighs only 5.57oz's. Ultra-light but super tough. Either utensil includes a super tough cord to hang from and both are dishwasher safe or hand washable. We designed these newest products with the same philosophy as our hybrid solar ovens.
