The shifters click through all of their gears crisply, and everything works as it should. The bottom bracket rolls with a light roughness, but is smooth enough to be considered good. Most components show some mild scratches and scuffs typical of use, and the steel bits on the brake calipers show some light surface corrosion. Everything is presentable overall.
