Description: Normal 0 false false false EN-US X-NONE X-NONE This is poster #11 of the set of Historical Posters of Northwest Airways/Northwest Orient/Northwest Airlines Aircraft These posters were published around 1990 for office decorations and gifts and were part of a series of 11 different posters showing the fleet from 1926-1989. These are the original posters made for Northwest Airlines in the 1990s and are not cheap modern reprints or scans. The poster measures 18" x 24" and depicts three aircraft types along with the timeline of operation, statistics of passenger size, speed, gross weight and engine types, as well as a couple paragraphs describing details and historical information. It also shows the corporate logo used at the time of service. The posters were printed on heavy paper stock (commonly called "card stock") and were never displayed or mounted. There are no pin holes or tape markings, but some of them show minor extreme edge toning which is due to the age and occurred during their storage. Some posters may have very minor edge/corner handling wear but otherwise they are crisp and clean. Never displayed, never even framed. This sale is ONLY for Poster #11 which displays the following aircraft: · Boeing 747-400 - 1989 · Douglas Aircraft DC9 - 1965 · Airbus Industrie A320 - 1989 Posters will be shipped flat in a large 20" x 27" cardboard rigid Kraft StayFlat Mailer. These are too thick to roll and they may get damaged by trying to place them into a tube. These posters have always been stored flat, never rolled or folded.
