Description: You are bidding on one near new Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles Sewer Lair action figure diorama display by NECA. This set was exclusive to the Neca Store website and is now sold out. No other additional items are included in this auction, those you see in the photos are what is included. This set has been opened and lightly used, but it is 100% complete and fully intact. As a little backstory - I purchased 2 of these sets - I opened both and displayed them in my home for a few months. The one I'm keeping I fully assembled and displayed as the living room as intended. The one I'm selling (in this listing) I did not fully assemble and displayed as a secondary room with various additional bits from my collection. I never opened the second set of furniture, which is still in the plastic trays it came in (see photos) and has never been removed. I never applied the 3M foam wall decals and they're still unused and unpeeled (as you can see from the pics). All parts are included. All accessories are included. Foam topper is included. Everything has been re-packed into the original box and I have re-sealed it in the original shipper box (which I kept, because I always knew I'd sell the second living room in the long run) This is as close to buying a brand new one you can get short of buying one new & sealed! The foam decals have some slight bends in them (please see photos) and the foam topper has some dents and dings along the edges, and is peeling slightly. See photos. All these defects were present when I opened the item and are in the same condition NECA shipped them in. These minor issues were common amongst all sets shipped.
