Monstera Dubia - Shingle Plant - Rare Houseplant

Description: This well-rooted starter plant is growing in spahnum moss in an 8oz cup. It is shingling up a small spahunum covered board. You will receive the exact plant show in the listing. Monstera dubia, also known as shingle plant, is a climbing plant native to Central and South America. It is know for its shingling habit, with leaves lying flat against the tree trunk or surface it is anchored to. As it grows higher and matures, the leaves become larger and eventually fenestrated. Monstera dubia grows in dappled sunlight in its native environment. When grown as a house plant it requires bright indirect light. Strong sunlight will burn the leaves. Grow M. dubia in a loose, well-draining soil mix, such as one formulated for aroids. Water when the top inch or two of soil is dry. Do not overwater or allow excess water to sit in the pot. Monstera dubia is an average feeder and appreciates regular feeding during the growing season. ❄️🚨 Monstera duba is sensitive to cold temperatures.
