Rental Agreement This Rental Agreement ("Agreement") is made between TextbookSavvy, Inc. Loss, Theft, or Complete Demolition:In the event that the Book is lost, stolen, or completely demolished beyond repair, the Renter agrees to pay a reimbursement fee equal to 1.3 times the original rental price. Damage Penalties:Severe Watermarks, Ink Marks, and Partial Damage: If the Book is returned with significant damages such as severe watermarks, ink stains, or any partial damage that impairs its future usability, the Renter agrees to pay a penalty of 33.3% of the original rental price. The determination of "severe damage" will be made at the sole discretion of TextbookSavvy, Inc. 5. Condition of the BookThe Book must be returned in the same condition as when it was rented, with normal wear and tear expected. Any damage beyond normal wear and tear may result in the application of the damage penalties described in Section 4. 6.
