Plus, neat illustrations, photos and quite a bit of information on salad "etiquette", preparation, design and other tips for a 1930s style serving of salad. You get some pretty unique salad and dressing recipes. Kind of interesting. Condition is good for its age - No pages missing, good color but there are some noticeable light stains Approx. dimensions - 6" x 9"
